Field Notes
A simple practice for a Time Between Worlds
Most people I work with don’t need more insight.
They already see what’s happening.
Where things are off.
What’s ending.
What no longer fits.
What’s harder is staying with it.
Not rushing to fix.
Not explaining it away.
Not moving on too quickly.
Just staying in contact with what’s actually there.
Over time, I started using a simple practice with clients for this.
Nothing structured. No framework to follow.
Just a way of slowing down enough to notice:
What’s here
What’s shifting
What’s being avoided
What’s asking for attention
I call it Field Notes.
